US domestic shipping
All orders ship from Portland, Oregon and are processed within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate and fulfilled through USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination. Tracking and insurance are included with every shipment. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by transit, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
International shipping
We ship internationally at a flat rate, allowing orders to be placed directly through the website without prior inquiry. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. RETURNS
Return Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
30 Days to Return
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, contact info@visitbarebone.com with your order number. If an item arrives damage or incorrect, notification must be made within seven days of delivery and must include photographs of the item and its packaging. Approved damage claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost. Select limited releases and custom objects may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange. In alignment with our commitment to material integrity and intentional ownership, we encourage mindful purchasing to reduce unnecessary transit and handling.
